EasyEffort Chin up & Dip Bars

Advanced Workout Examples

My name is Brandon and I weigh 330 lbs. Most home exercise equipment isn't made for a big guy like me except the EasyChin and EasyDip Bars. Let me show you three great mass builders with the EasyDip Bar. (if you are 200 lbs or more remember to remove the 2 plastic caps on the ends of the 30 inch tube)

Chest dips up position 1. Chest dips. My sport is football and I need a strong chest, shoulders and arms! This exercise is great! Place your hands on the foam grips, lock your elbows and bend your knees.

2. With your head slightly down and elbows flared out a bit, lower yourself down to a comfortable level. Your chest should come close to the 30 inch bar. Now squeeze your chest muscles and drive yourself up to the start position. You can do this one with a weight vest if you wish. I don't.

Tricep dips up position 3. Tricep dips. This one is tough but builds huge arms. Place your hands on the foam grips, lock your elbows and bend your knees.

4. Important! With your head up and elbows as straight back as possible lower yourself to a comfortable level. Do not go too low for the first few reps! Now drive yourself up with your triceps. Placing your weight on the karate chop portion of your hand will help stimulate your triceps to work.

Neutral chin up 5. Neutral grip chin-ups. Move the EasyDip Bar to the top of your doorway where you would set-up your EasyChin Bar (see instructions with every bar). Check your adjustments on your bar in this new position. All adjustments on the EasyDip Bar are by hand and take seconds to check.

6. Grab the foam hand grips and pull yourself up as high as possible and hold for 2 seconds. Slowly lower yourself. You can start from a standing position rather than a hanging position to do 1/2 chin-ups. There is less range of motion and it is a bit easier especially if you are 330 lbs!
