The Top Load Hide-A-Dip Bar with bars tucked away for storage
This dip bar attaches directly to your wall with four 5/16" lag bolts(included).
When the Hide-A-Dip bar is tucked away for storage, it protrudes only 1 ½" into the room and only takes 25 " x 9" of your wall space.
The attachment holes are 16" apart center to center. The dip bars are 16" long with 5" foam hand grips at 20" center to center of bars.
Small areas such as closets are ideal for the Top Load Hide-A-Dip bar. Rated for up to 300lbs.
